Gym consult

At the gym they give free consults every 3 months to see what progress you are making. They check body fat, body composition, flexibility, strength, endurance. I think that is it. I knew it wasn't going to be good, but to hear and see it written on paper is more disappointing. I am using that as motivation to do this. I don't ever want to see numbers that are that bad again!!
