The gym
I decided to aid in the weight loss that I should join a gym. I joined this afternoon and feel good about my decision. I'm hoping that will make my progress better. I am looking to gain energy and better health.

Yipee!
I had my first weigh in this morning and I lost 4 pounds! That is very encouraging to me. I need to see results to keep this thing going!

It's Time...
So, I have decided that it time to start the weight loss journey again. I am very unhappy with myself and it is time that I do something about it. I have signed up on a site that tracks my calories, fat and what not. I am looking to make this permanent. I would love any encouragement that I can get!
